A summer construction boom in Dryden.
Chief City Building Official Dave Warren says in addition to large commercial and industrial projects underway, the housing market is also booming.
Warren says there are indications that at least 45 new homes will be built in the city within the next year.
Meantime, work continues on Wal-Mart, the adjacent Murphy Oil Gas Bar, IGA Garden Market and the Weyerhaeuser recovery boiler project.
