Dryden GM Regains Home Ice Advantage

The Dryden GM Ice Dogs are headed home with the Bill Salonen Cup series all tied at 2-2.

The Ice Dogs stormed out to a 3-0 lead and finally scored a couple of powerplay goals in a 4-2 win Wednesday night at the Gardens in Thunder Bay.

Hometown boy Kris Hamlin led the way with a pair of goals and an assist.

Woody Galbraith and Malcolm Huemmert added singles.

Landon Pavlisin was once again sensational making 45-saves.

Dryden GM replied with 35 shots.

With emotions still bubbling over, it ended up being a pedestrian style hockey game.

The scene now shifts to Dryden for a Game #5 showdown Friday night.
