Weyerhaeuser continues to streamline operations and has put the Dryden Learning Centre up for sale.
Company Spokesperson Bonny Skene says the 3-year-old building is on the market because they are trying to curb costs and stay competitive.
Skene says Weyerhaeuser is taking a look at all of its real estate property.
She says with the closure of the Sawmill and recent restructuring, the Company has extra office space and training facilities on site.
The property has been listed with a Local and National Real Estate Broker.
The asking price is $1.45 million.
