The Royal Canadian Legion in Dryden has received a $2,500 donation from the Ladies Legion Auxiliary.
Branch 63 President Doug Miranda says the money will help them with major facility upgrades.
Miranda says he appreciates the financial support, noting it’s difficult to raise funds right now.
Miranda notes he was surprised but thankful for the contribution.
He says one area in need of upgrades is the Legion kitchen.
