Dryden Mayor Supporting Walleye Masters

Things are moving forward quickly for the Shaw Walleye Masters Committee.
The 22nd Annual Tournament is June 18th and 19th on the Wabigoon Chain of Lakes.
Chair Joe Barron says they have received financial support from the City, as Mayor Craig Nuttall has pledged $2,000 support.
Barron notes they are looking for other groups to jump on board.
He stresses the event will be showcased on the grand stage as Shaw plans to broadcast the Walleye Masters on National T.V., with a helicopter on board for aerial shots.
The Committee has also announced a guaranteed top prize of $18,000.
65-teams are so far registered.
