The City of Dryden is still looking at a Provincial Police costing study.
Chief Administrative Officer Roger Nesbitt says an OPP Analyst has approved a costing proposal at a regional level.
Nesbitt says the plan has now been moved along to a provincial level.
He notes no date can be set for a presentation to Council until approval has been received by the province.
There is no word on any timeline, but the Police Costing Committee will continue to meet on a monthly basis.
