An exchange student from Sweden is wrapping up her time in Dryden.
Varja Lindstrom shared her experience with members of the Rotary Club on Wednesday and called her time here surreal.
She came to Canada about a year ago and will be heading home in one months time.
Lindstrom says she learned the importance of trying new things and connecting with people.
Lindstrom also says the visit has been an emotional roller coaster and she will miss this area a lot.
She stresses she is glad for all of the opportunities that she got to enjoy and admits that she is a bit scared to return home.
