A successful Hazardous Waste day by the Dryden Rotary Club and volunteers.
Spokesperson Roger Gould mentions that they well surpassed their goal of 400 vehicles this year, and they beat that with 461 vehicles.
Gould also mentions that residents brought in tons of materials including 900 kilograms of aerosol spray, 500 kilograms of small batteries and so much more.
He also thanks the City and the people who brought stuff in since otherwise these materials would have ended up in a landfill.
