Drysdale resigns 2

At the next Fort Frances town council meeting, there will be a vacant seat, formerly filled by Councilor Tanis Drysdale.
Council received her resignation at last night’s meeting and will be proceeding with replacing her.
CAO Mark McCaig said there is no timeline, except to declare Drysdale’s seat vacant and eventually decide how to fill the spot…

The previous town council had to deal with a similar issue when Councillor Struchan Gilson passed away while in office.
