Walking 4,000 kilometres to raise awareness and funds for Duchenne muscular dystrophy.
Bob Facca, otherwise known as Grandpa Bob, was in Dryden this week in the final stretch of his walk from Quebec City to Winnipeg.
He says all money raised will go towards research as there is no cure for the fatal disease.
Facca has so far raised over $700,000.
He says he was inspired by his grandson Louie who is suffering from Duchenne.
