Eagle Lake Being Proactive In Job Creation

A information session is being held in Eagle Lake First Nation to unveil plans of the ‘Community Resource Information System’ plan.
The overall goal of the program is connecting aboriginals to the business community and identifying their skills and talent.
Devon MacKinnon Ottertail is with Economic and Community Planning and she says they want to match job seekers with employers.
Ottertail adds they are trying to highlight the benefits of using the system as a recruitment tool for regional companies to tap into the workforce at Eagle Lake.
The meeting is September 24th.
