Eagles Sweep Broncos

It was a 4 point night on home ice for the Dryden Eagle hockey teams.
The boys got the ball rolling with a 5-2 win over the Beaver Brae
Broncos.
BJ White scored his first goal as an Eagle, while Miles Pitchenese,
Brett Williamson, Matt Bartlett and Brendan Church added singles.
Curtis Lampkin picked up the victory in between the
pipes.
On the Girls side, Dryden outlasted Kenora 3-1.
Erin Capovilla scored the winner and says they came together when it
counted.
Amy Hale and Ahnika Bruetsch also found the back of the net.
Melissa Calder had her shutout bid ruined late in the third.
The Girls next game is Friday night in Fort Frances.
The Boys will head to Winkler for a 2-day tournament starting Friday.
