Elementary Teachers Could Be Taking Job Action Next Week

The Elementary Teachers’ Federation of Ontario has told its members to be prepared for job action as early as Monday, May 11th.

President Sam Hammond confirmed on Twitter Monday night that robocalls went out to members.

The union received a ‘no board’ report from the Minister of Labour on April 24th, which will put them in legal strike position on Sunday.

The size and makeup of classes are reportedly two of the contenous issues between the two sides.
