Farmers Trying to Deal with Dry Weather

Farmers in the Rainy River District are experiencing one of the
driest summers on record.
Beef Farmer Amos Brielmann says its so bad, he expects to sell half
his herd of 500 cattle due to a lack of feed.
Gary Sliworsky with the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture and Food says
some areas haven’t had rain in 6 weeks.
He adds most water sources have dried up, leaving farmers will very few
options.
