Fatal Collision West Of Vermilion Bay

Provincial Police say one person is dead following a motor vehicle collision on Highway 17, about 5-kilometres west of Vermilion Bay.
OPP say the single vehicle crash occurred around 1:30 Sunday morning.
A woman in the vehicle died in the crash, and a man was transported to hospital with serious injuries.
Not much is known but it’s reported the two were driving from the West Coast to the Maritimes.
OPP continue to investigate.
