Feathers Of Hope Report Released Today

A report is being released today that calls on both the provincial and federal government to help create healthier communities for First Nations youth.
Uko Abara is a youth leader with the provincial advocates office and says the report was written by youth.
Abara says the key of the report is a 5-year action plan.
Some of the themes include identity, culture and residential schools.
Abara says they want to see more services available that relate to their culture.
The report is titled Feathers of Hope: A First Nations Youth Action Plan and is being released in Thunder Bay, Toronto and Ottawa.
