Feds Visit Pikangikum

Senior officials with Indian and Northern Affairs Canada have sat down
with leaders in Pikangikum.
INAC is discussing the communities education needs after the First
Nation’s school burned down.
Spokesperson Tony Prudori says they’re looking into speeding up
construction of a new school.
Classes in Pikangikum have breaked for the summer and graduation is
still scheduled for next week.
