A yuletide tradition is underway in Dryden.
The annual Festival of Trees kicked off Saturday night with a Christmas concert, with events taking place at the Centre all week.
Coordinator Colleen Hill says the Tuesday feature is the Seniors Tea hosted by the Newfoundland Heritage Club.
Doors open at 12:30.
On November 30th, Theatre 17 is presenting Stuart McLean’s Vinyl Cafe ‘Christmas Story’.
Doors open at 6:30.
On December 1st, Ella Lynn’s is hosting a the Ladies Luncheon and Fashion Show.
Tickets are limited and the event runs from 11:00-2:00.
The week long festival supports Patricia Region Seniors Services community programming.
