The City of Dryden Finance department is now putting its full attention on drafting the 2015 municipal budget.
Chief Administrative Officer Andre Larabie says he’s been working with new Treasurer John Cummings on the early numbers.
Larabie and Cummings have been meeting with various department heads and Larabie says he will be assisting Cummings until he leaves at the end of December.
Cummings is from Southern Ontario and brings significant years of municipal financial knowledge, experience and senior leadership.
The City has also parted ways with Deputy Treasurer Alvin Allim after only 5-months of work.
No reason was given for the decision.
