The Alzheimer Society of Kenora-Rainy River is promoting a program to help find someone with dementia who may have wandered away.
Client Services Coordinator Mary O’Connor says ‘Finding Your Way’ allows family members and caregivers to document information and take photos that could come in handy later on.
O’Connor says the information will help authorities locate missing loved ones and keep people safe.
She says there’s also an online course one can take.
