The fire hazard is on the rise in Northwestern Ontario.
The sunny, dry weather is starting to dry the forest out and similar
conditions are expected for the remainder of the week.
The public is reminded that there is no day burning allowed for brush
and grass fires and all campfires must be kept small and attended at all
times.
Meantime, smoke from several large fires in Northern Manitoba is expected to be present across Northwestern Ontario over the next few days.
