Provincial Police are investigating the cause of a fire on Lake of the Woods.
Early Tuesday morning, two commercial fishermen from Rat Portage spotted smoke on an island east of Bear Point.
The men responded to the scene and found a deck, dock and another structure on fire.
They went to a home on the site and woke the owner of the property.
The fishermen and owner worked together with a fire pump to stop the spread of the fire.
No one was injured and foul play is not suspected.
