Warm weather and several thunderstorms kept fire ranger
crews in Northwestern Ontario busy over the weekend.
The MNR responded to 14 fires yesterday, and 7 on
Saturday.
Information Officer Mitch Miller says there were 3 in the
Dryden district, and one in Kenora.

Mitchell says the rainy weaterh and cool temperatures
forecasted for the region this week, will mean things
should return to normal.
