The Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry says its resources are strained as more wild fires spark across the northwest.
Another 16 new fires were reported Monday.
There are now 111-active fires across the northwest, 28-are considered not under control.
The fire hazard is now listed as extreme in most parts of the region.
