The hard work and determination has paid off!
Dryden’s Tyler Langlais was selected by the Saskatchewan Rough Riders in the sixth round Tuesday night in the CFL draft.
Langlais was a star lineman with the Dryden Eagles, Winnipeg Rifles and the Calgary Dinos.
Eagles football coach Geoff Zilklans is impressed with the achievement and notes he deserves to reach the next level.
Zilklans says Langlais is probably the most dedicated individual the local football program has ever had.
Zilklans adds young players here at home are already commenting on the draft pick and believes it will help strengthen the local program.
He says it shows if you choose to move forward and pursue your dream in Dryden you can.
