First Forest Industry Council Meeting Goes Well

Members of the Forest Industry Council met for the first time this
week with the Minister of Natural Resources.
Council member and Kenora Mayor Dave Canfield says they’ve got their
work cut out for them.
However, Canfield feels discussions with David Ramsay and industry reps went
well.
The 17 member team will sit down again in 2 weeks time.
The group consists of representatives from Municipalities, First
Nations and the Forest industry.
