First Local PC Candidate Stops In Dryden

Douglas Judson has hit the ground running.

The 30-year-old lawyer practicing in Fort Frances is the first confirmed candidate for the PC party in Kenora-Rainy River for the next provincial election.

Judson stresses it was his goal from the beginning to start his campaign early.

He says it’s no secret that if you want to win in politics you have to work hard and he believes playing the long game is the key to success.

Judson says the beauty of a nomination contest is that they get a dry run at the election cycle.

He stresses he will continue his “listening tour” throughout the Summer.

On Friday, Judson went on a whirlwind tour of Emo, Fort Frances, Dryden and Kenora to meet with area residents.
