Week 2005 this Friday till Sunday.
Spokesperson Mike Melnik says from midnight on July 7th
up to 12pm on July 10th, anyone can fish for free without a
license on area lakes.
Melnik has this advice for parents planning on taking
their children out fishing, or for those newbie anglers
fishing for the first time.
