Flood Money

12 Municipalities in the Northwest will share more than $1.6 million in additional flood relief money from the province.
Muncicipal Affairs Minister David Young says the province was quick to help those in need.
Machin received $213,000 while Ignace was handed a cheque for $75,000.
Young says at least 6 communities will receive a final payment once all public damages are repaired.
Some communities had up to 400-millimetres of rain in less than 2 days last June causing widespread flooding.
