Ontario will spend over 5.8 million dollars on this year’s winter roads network
The money will be used by 31 remote First Nations to construct the roads linking to provincial highways or connecting with each other.
More than 31-hundred kilometres of temporary roads will be constructed.
Northern Development Minister Greg Rickford says those roads are essential to the delivery of goods for more affordable transportation option.
