Funding for First Nation Training Centre

The proposed Whitefeather Forest Teaching and Training Centre in
Pikangikum has received financial backing from the Province.
The Government is investing $49,000 in the project.
Officials say the training centre will promote career development
among aboriginal youth north of Red Lake.
The money will be spent on securing partners and completing an
implementation plan.
