The Keewatin-Patricia District School Board is going high-tech thanks to a Federal grant.

Director of Education Janet Wilkenson says $360,000 will allow them to install internet as well as audio and video technology at the Dryden Regional Training and Cultural Centre.

All rooms will be wired for internet and most classrooms will be able to provide the conferencing system.

The technology will allow the Centre to be connected to the entire region.

Wilkenson says they goal from Day 1 was to be as high-tech as possible in order to deliver efficient services.
