Representatives from several Sunset Country communities are expected to attend the launch of the “Great Canadian Experience” in Fort Frances on Friday.
The Rainy River Future Development Corporation, which recently spearheaded the Gateway to Canada banners at the border, is officially unveiling the project.
A number of dignitaries, including MP Ken Boshcoff, are also expected to be on hand for the ceremony set for Friday at 11:30-am.
The leaderboard, highlighting regional events, has been up and running for several weeks now and the banners, erected earlier this spring, are expected to be lighted later this summer.
