A full slate of candidates now for the upcoming provincial election in Kenora-Rainy River.
Ember McKillop has been selected to represent the Green party.
McKillop is a Special Education Resource teacher in Dryden and has lived in the riding for 15-years.
The party calls her a dedicated volunteer, community builder and a strong supporter of arts.
Green leader Mike Schreiner says McKillop will introduce an honest debate about issues that matter: protecting food and water, repairing a broken Hydro system and improving health care.
Schreiner says her passion and experience in the local community will make her a strong MPP.
McKillop ran as a federal candidate for the Kenora riding in 2015.
