Grenier has been signed to an Amateur try-out contract by the
Toronto Marlies of the American Hockey League.
Grenier has spent the past 5 seasons with the Wilfred Laurier University Golden Hawks registering 117 points in 122 games and was named team rookie of the year in 2004.
The 24 year old centre spent 4 seasons in the OHL with three different teams prior to his university career.
