Gull Bay Man Acquitted

A Thunder Bay judge has acquitted a Gull Bay man of sexually
assaulting his step-niece.
Superior Court Justice Bonnie Warkentin says there were no
witnesses to the alleged events and there were some discrepancies in the testimony.
Warkentin also says she was concerned the alleged victim waited until 2003 to report the incidents that allegedly happened between 1981 and 1987.
