Gustav “Gus” Karl Karau

In loving memory of Mr. Gustav “Gus” Karau, age 73, of Ignace, who passed away on August 13th , in Thunder Bay. Gus Karau is survived by his life long companion Sadie Piche, family members Ralph Karau and Debi of Thunder Bay, Beatrice Karau of St. Thomas, Ontario, Claudette Corbeil of Ignace, and Angela Karau and Thomas Kearns of London, Ontario, his grandchildren Geoff, Desiree, Blade, Ricki Lynn, Zachary, Alexis, Garrett, Jaime, Faith and great grandson Justice. He was predeceased by his parents Helen and Wilhelm Karau of Hamburg, Germany. A Memorial Service for the late Gus Karau will be held Saturday, November 15th at 11 o’clock, at Emmanuel Anglican United Church in Ignace, with Rev. Jeanne Bryan officiating. Interment will follow in the Ignace Cemetery. Funeral Arrangements in care of the Blake Funeral Chapel in Thunder Bay.
