The Northwestern Health Unit has launched a community survey.
It will look at various policies and issues that affect the health of individuals.
Medical Officer of Health Dr. Kit Young Hoon says the survey will be distributed to community partners, particularly staff in health, education and social services.
The findings will be compared to the 2013 results to see if there are any changes.
