A protest over the state of area highways and winter road maintenance is taking place Saturday.
Organizer Steve Smith says the rally is being held at the Highway 17 and Highway 105 intersection in Vermilion Bay.
Smith says the protest will start at 10 o’clock and last roughly two hours.
Smith is hoping to gain the attention of Transportation Minister Glen Murray who defended the Province’s road maintenance record earlier this week.
