The Hockey Northwestern Ontario roster for the OHL Gold Cup has been selected.
The team of 16-year-old’s will compete in the eight team tournament starting on May 5th in Kitchener.
Dryden’s Darryl Mousseau is an Assistant Coach and he says they have a lot of size on defence and some depth at the goaltender position.
Mousseau says they have a lot of speed up front.
He stresses it was a difficult and very competitive training camp.
Quinton Loon-Stewardson of Sioux Lookout was named to the roster.
The Kenora ‘AAA’ Thistles will be represented by defenceman Jayme Caron and forward Jared Neniska.
