Dryden’s Kevin Raine has been named Man of the Year for the Manchester Monarchs of the American Hockey League.
The award is handed out to the player who displays exceptional dedication to community spirit and community involvement.
The first year defenceman is now up for the Yanick Dupree Memorial Award, honouring the IOA American Specialty Man of the Year.
Each of the 30 AHL teams select a player for the award.
