Kenora Thistles captain Hunter Buzzi has been named Manitoba Midget Hockey Player of the Week.
The native of Ignace was instrumental in a pair of wins last weekend.
He finished with four goals and two assists in two games.
Buzzi and the Thistles are in western Manitoba this weekend for a three game road trip starting in Portage La Prairie Friday against the Central Plains Capitals.
