Hunting Fine in Ignace Area

An Ignace hunting licence issuer has been fined $500 for not following the rules.
The charge stams from an incident last September when the MNR found an American hunter to have no validation tag with her hunting licence.
She told the officer that the license was sold without the tag.
The MNR says Martin Brindley admitted that he had not advised the hunter that the licence was invalid.
