The Dryden GM Ice Dogs could do little wrong Friday night in a 7-2 win against English River Friday night in Cochenour.
Braedyn Aubin scored his first career SIJHL hat-trick to lead the Dogs, while Derek McPhail, Kyle Pouncy, Braeden Allkins and Ben Smaha added singles.
Konnar Dechaine and Daniel Szpowski replied for the Miners.

The Lakers lost back to back games for the first time this season, losing 3-1 to Thunder Bay.
