Ignace Man In Court Today For Pre-Sentencing Hearing

An Ignace man that was found guilty of several historic sexual assault charges last December will be back in court Thursday.

A jury in a Thunder Bay court found Donald Milani guilty in 18 of 19 offences in connection with assaults that date back to the 1980’s.

Lawyers for the province and Milani’s legal team will argue their sides on how he should be sentenced.

A Superior Court judge is expected to sentence Milani on April 21st.
