Illegal Road Built

Three Minnesota men have been fined $3,200 for illegally
building a road on the shores of Cryderman Lake near Atikokan.
The trio have been ordered to repair and stabilize the road to ensure
there is no further sediment erosion into the lake.
Court heard that the men built the road in the Summer of 2003 to
access private property.
