Improving math skills at Lillian Berg Public School.
Data from last year shows that students need a helping hand when it comes to math.
Special Education Resource Teacher Arin Boyko says they are taking a hands on approach to improve those skills.
Math terminology and vocabulary are also being taught starting at the SK JK level.
Boyko says she’s seen improvement since they took this approach.
