The investigation continues as one paper machine is shut down at the Abitibi Consolidated Paper Mill in Kenora.
Tuesday morning, the #10 paper machine had a major mechanical failure.
Dave Kerr, mill manager says the most significant damage was the destruction of the granite and grooved rollers.
He adds there were some minor injuries with one man being sent to hospital and released with minor cuts and bruises.
Yesterday morning, the mill closed down for 4-weeks for an early shutdown and to repair the paper machine.
