In Loving Memory of Joanne Zawada, age 86, who passed away on November 26, 2013 at the William George Extended Care Facility.
Joanne Zawada is survived by her children Judy (Norm) Vienneau, Brian (Liz) Zawada, Randy (Karen) Zawada and Howard (Christine) Zawada. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 5 great grand-children; 1 brother Sydney Hollingsworth, and numerous nieces and nephews.
There will be no visitation.
Funeral Services for the late Joanne Zawada will be held at the St. Mary’s Anglican Church on Monday December 2, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Mark Loyal officiating. Interment to follow in Hillcrest Cemetery.
If friends so desire, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society or the William George Extended Care Activity Fund through the Sioux Lookout Funeral Home, Box 1449, Sioux Lookout Ontario, P8T 1B9.
