Junior Hockey is Back in Dryden

It’s opening day in the SIJHL with 2 games on the schedule.
In Thunder Bay, Schrieber opens a new chapter in the league as the
Diesel play their first game against the K&A Golden Hawks.
At home, can’t ask for a better way to start the season as the Ice
Dogs entertain the defending champion Fort William North Stars.
Coach Larry Wintoneak says the community seems to be excited that
junior hockey is back.
Although the stars have lost a number of players, they still have
Ryan Baird, Kory McEwan and Nathan Bruckleman in the fold.
Game time tonight is 7:30 at the Dog Pound.
